ALOO BHAJI


 Step 1

1] 3 Peeled And Cube Potato
2] salt 1/2 tea spoon
3] water 1.5 cup

Cook this in a pressure cooker for 4 whistle

Step 2
In a kadai add
Oil 2 Tbsp
Musterd 1 Tsp
Urad dal 1 Tsp
Channa dal 1 Tsp
Hing pinch
DRIED RED CHILLY 2 BROKEN
Curry leaves few

Splutter Tempering
Then add 
Ginger 1 inch finely chopped
Chilly 2 slitted
Onions 1 sliced

Saute well
Changes colour
Now add

Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Saute slightly
Now add boiled pottato and mix well and adjust consistency

Close the lid and boiled 5 minuts
Finnally add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and garnish with finely chopped coriander


ALOO BHAJI IS READ

PERFECT PUFFY POORI

STEP 1
Take a Bowl and add
Wheat floor 2 cup
Fine rava 1 tbsp
Suger 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tso
Oil 2 tsp
Mix everything well
Add 1/2 cup water knead the Dough add water in Baches knead tight
Tight dough privents oil absorption

Take half of the dough
Roll to log
Cut into pieces
Make a ball no kracks
Sprinkle some oil to balled dough for privent dry

Now take a one dough rolled gently and uniformly 👇 slightly thick
Now fry this pooris in hot oil
splash oil
It help to poori puffes up flip over and fry 
 untill it gets golden colour
FOR NOW 100% crispy, puffy and tasty poori and bhaji is ready
